In his spare time, Conor enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, he plays golf in Headfort GC, Kells, Co Meath and coaches the Meath LGFA U14’s and underage teams in his local GAA Club, Carnaross.

Eugene has extensive tax expertise, advising on all aspects of Tax Compliance and Tax Consulting – namely CT, CAT, CGT, VAT Stamp Duty and Personal Tax. Eugene lectures extensively with the Meath and Cavan Bar Association, and writes articles on a regular basis for various Taxation Journals.
Eugene is actively involved in Cavan Rugby Club and Swimming Club and is married with 3 children.

Tomás has amassed significant experience working with both large international and local clients and has acquired a strong knowledge across the areas of Fintech, Aviation, Agriculture and Agri-Business, Construction and Owner-managed Businesses. He works on various projects across Statutory Audit, SME Consultancy, and Corporate finance and has a simple modus operandi – to act as a trusted business adviser, always adding value to your business.
Tomás is an active member of Carnaross GFC serving on both the Executive and Finance Committees, whilst also a player on the first team. He has a passion for Irish language and culture and also a keen interest in horse racing, just don’t ask him for tips.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and worked in practice in Dublin until June 1989.
In 1989 he set up the practice of Gerard O’Rorke & Company Chartered Accountants in Kells, Co Meath. The practice grew over the years providing audit, accounting and tax services to a broad range of small to medium clients within a forty mile radius of Kells.
The practice continued until August 2024 when he and his team merged with Woods & Partners.
Gerard O’Rorke is a partner in Woods and Partners and continues to provide services and advice to all clients.
Gerard O’Rorke lives locally and was and is involved in a number of local organisations including charities and sports clubs.

Ann now specialises in the international construction sector and M&A Advisory.

Ann is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.


She qualified as an ACA after successfully completing her FAE’s with Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2024.
Claire manages a portfolio of clients in Retail, Hospitality, Charity, Engineering and Construction.
Outside of work Claire is a long-standing member to her local gym and helps out working in the family public house in Bailieborough on the weekends.

Cormac is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and holds a BA (Hons) in Commerce from National University of Ireland Galway. Cormac assists in managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients from MedTech to large indigenous companies to SMEs and owner-man-aged businesses and provides them with varied technical and practical business support.
By gaining an in-depth understanding of his clients’ businesses, Cormac works alongside them to help them grow, meet their targets and stimulate them to think beyond the day to day operations of their businesses. His portfolio includes a broad range of business sectors including Media, Aviation Finance and Leasing and Manufacturing.
Outside of working hours, Cormac enjoys playing with his local hurling club Kilskyre, and has represented Meath in Leinster and All-Ireland Championships for Handball. Cormac also has a keen interest in the family farm.

Elaine manages a diverse portfolio of clients from large indigenous companies to SMEs and owner-managed businesses and sole traders and provides them with varied technical and practical business support. This includes the production of statutory audit, statutory financial reporting, management information, general business advisory and strategic growth advice.
By gaining an in-depth understanding of her clients’ businesses, Elaine works alongside them to help them grow, meet their targets and stimulate them to think beyond the day to day operations of their businesses. Elaine maintains strong relationships with all of her clients and is a trusted advisor in providing technical guidance and recommendations as well efficient business solutions for clients.
Her portfolio includes a broad range of business sectors including Charity and Not-for-Profit, Religious Orders, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Agricultural and Equine, Manufacturing, Opticians, Interior Design and Retail.
Interests outside of work
Outside of office hours Elaine has a keen interest in horse riding, owns her own horse and is an active member of the various equestrian activities. Elaine holds a keen interest in GAA and passionate supporter of Bhulf Ton GFC. Elaine also swims regularly and is a qualified swimming teacher.

Having studied and trained with ATI, Jolene has developed her skills over the last 20 years in practice, in areas such as personal tax, VAT, payroll and accounting.
Jolene's commitment to her clients extends beyond just accounting and tax services and she takes a personalised approach to problem-solving, building strong relationships and offering practical, actionable insights tailored to each client's unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Jolene is a devoted mother to two young boys, balancing the demands of her career with family life.

June brings with her a wealth of experience in accounting and finance, having worked for over 20 years in a senior finance position in a family business and for a large metal recycling plant in Cavan.
June enjoys building a supporting and professional rapport with clients, and is always ready to assist in the event of any problems.
June lives in Shercock, Co Cavan, and loves travelling. Her other interests include hiking with her family and their dogs, and working out at the gym. She also likes to keep her brain challenged by regularly completing word and number puzzles.

Kathleen is a member of Certified Public Accounts Ireland (CPA).
With more than 24 years of experience working in the accounting field with Gerard O’Rorke and Company, Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Accounts Manager.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has developed a deep understanding of financial management, tax compliance, and client service, helping businesses and individuals navigate complex financial landscapes. She is known for her attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Kathleen is dedicated to maintaining high client standards and plays a vital role in ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate financial guidance. Her experience and strong relationships with local businesses further enrich the firm’s reputation and commitment to excellence.

Paula studied Business Management at Technical University Dublin. Having worked in management roles in KBC Bank and Double Z Enterprises (Zig and Zag). Paula lives in Kells, Co. Meath but has spent 3 years living in New Mexico and Arizona. She loves to travel with family and friends and is married with 4 children.
